We Build Systems That Actually Work

Started in 2019 when Freya Lundqvist got tired of watching good businesses struggle with messy financial processes. There had to be a better way than spreadsheets held together with hope and caffeine.

Six years later, we're still here in Port Macquarie, helping Australian businesses untangle their operations. No magic formulas. Just practical automation that makes your workday less chaotic.

How This Started

2019

The Frustration Point

Freya was consulting for a manufacturing client who spent eighteen hours every month manually reconciling invoices. Their system worked, technically. But it was eating their time and driving everyone nuts. That's when the idea clicked—businesses don't need fancier software, they need systems that fit how they actually work.

2021

Finding Our Rhythm

Two years in, we'd learned what worked. Turns out most companies have similar pain points but wildly different workflows. So we stopped offering cookie-cutter solutions and started building custom integrations. Our client base grew from local shops to regional operations across NSW and Queensland.

2023

The Team Expands

Brought on specialists who understood both finance and tech. Not easy to find, honestly. But it meant we could handle more complex setups—multi-location businesses, inventory tracking, payroll integration. The kind of projects that require someone who speaks both languages.

Where We Are Now

Working with businesses from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane. We've automated everything from invoice processing to financial reporting, helping teams reclaim hundreds of hours each year. Still based in Port Macquarie because, well, it works. And we're not done refining our approach.

What Makes Our Approach Different

We don't follow a rigid playbook. Every business runs differently, so we tailor systems to match your existing processes instead of forcing you to adapt to ours.

Discovery Before Solutions

We spend time understanding how your team actually works—not just what the org chart says. That means watching your daily workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and finding out what frustrates your staff most.

Most automation fails because it ignores the human side. A system can be technically perfect but useless if your team won't use it. So we build around real behavior, not ideal scenarios.

  • On-site workflow observation and staff interviews
  • Current system audit and pain point mapping
  • Custom integration recommendations based on your tools

Phased Implementation

Ripping out everything at once is a recipe for chaos. We roll out changes gradually, letting your team adjust without disrupting daily operations. Start with the biggest headache, prove it works, then move to the next piece.

You stay in control. We train your people, document everything, and make sure someone on your team can manage the system after we're gone. No vendor lock-in, no mysterious black boxes.

  • Prioritized rollout based on immediate impact
  • Hands-on training for your key staff members
  • Detailed documentation you can actually understand

Real-World Testing

We test everything in your actual environment with your real data. No sterile demos that fall apart when you hit a edge case. If something breaks during testing, we fix it before it affects your customers.

Then we stick around for the first few weeks to catch issues early. Most problems show up in the first month of use, so we're available to troubleshoot and adjust as needed.

  • Live environment testing with actual business data
  • Extended support during initial deployment phase
  • Quick response times for urgent adjustments

Ongoing Optimization

Business needs change. A system that works perfectly today might need tweaking next year when you expand or shift focus. We check in regularly, suggest improvements, and help you adapt as you grow.

Think of it as maintenance for your operations. You wouldn't skip servicing your equipment—same principle applies to your automation systems. Regular updates keep things running smoothly.

  • Quarterly system reviews and performance checks
  • Proactive suggestions for efficiency improvements
  • Scalability planning as your business grows

Meet the Founder

Freya built druveniqora because she was frustrated with how complicated financial automation had become. Sometimes the best solutions come from someone who's dealt with the same headaches.

Freya Lundqvist

Founder & Director

Spent fifteen years in financial operations before starting druveniqora. Worked everywhere from small accounting firms to mid-sized manufacturers, always noticing the same problems—good people wasting time on tasks that could be automated.

Started consulting in 2017, helping businesses streamline their processes. Realized there was a gap between what software companies promised and what actually worked on the ground. So in 2019, decided to build something better.

These days, splits time between client projects and developing new automation frameworks. Still gets excited about finding elegant solutions to messy problems. Lives in Port Macquarie with two dogs and a dangerous coffee habit.
